I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 2 hours to do an oil change and a recall. They did the oil change which took an hour. Then had to take it back in for the the recall which took another hour. And that's because I was in the waiting room waiting for it.

They were very professional with taking care of my needs , the job was done in a efficient time .

The process was very enjoyable, our sales rep Justin Davis has a great personality.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Truck was taking very good care of and returned me the exact way I dropped it off. Customer service people explained everything that was done and what they recommend would help with my truck’s performance. Only problem I had was it took over two and half hours to get done and I had to call to see if my truck was ready. Plus they missed placed my paperwork and had trouble pulling up my account. Otherwise, good experience.

Wasn't greeted upon arrival. Dropped off car at 8am. Was called ar 5 pm. As I started the truck to drive away, I noticed the oil reminder had not been reset. Turned around and had them reset. They noticed the didn't put the oil change reminder on windshield too. I then used the dash to check that the TPMS was now working. The front right was at 42 psi, the other 3 were at 32. (Overfilled). I was also charged for the "free oil change" but that was caught and corrected. Not even close to the service I have received in the past.

I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Your employees actually got me in early. Upon inspection of my car, they found two other things that needed to be fixed. Although I ended up paying a lot more than I thought I was going to have to, I felt safer driving home. everyone that I dealt with was only and knowledgeable.

Absolutely awful. They claimed I needed an oil change when I had one done 3 weeks ago. They were there to replace an exhaust issue and I got my car back sounding worse than ever, having a hard time accelerating, and I had to turn my car off because it smelled like it was burning! I am taking it to a different dealership tomorrow to get it ACTUALLY fixed and to get proof of what they did/didn’t do. Also, I received my car back at nearly empty and I always keep plenty of gas in my car because we live far away from my work. I called the service agent when I was experiencing problems (before the burning smell) and I never heard back.

Your courtsy shuttle drivers could be more friendly. I was pickup yesterday, and not one greeted me or asked how I was doing . Both sat up front and just discussed their weekend plans. When they dropped me off , not a good bye or have a nice day , nothing. I thought that was rude , but over all Tony Gonzalez is professional.

The employees are always nice. There is a lack of communication between the service staff. My car was kept for a day and a half and left me on foot. I showed up the second day and they said they had to order new camera for the rearview. Why was I not told about this the day before.? The technicians need to communicate better with the office personnel. The office personnel need to communicate with the vehicle owner better.

Scheduled an appointment for Monday, told the advisor i would be waiting in the lobby, waited for 5 hours before vehicle was ever looked at. When I went and asked for an update i was told they did not know I was still there. Finally got an update that they needed to order parts and those parts would be ready Wednesday and repair would be Thursdays evening but for sure Friday. Dropped vehicle off Wednesday morning and was given a rental car, no updates given whole work was being done, called Friday morning to check and was told Friday afternoon, Friday afternoon comes and I'm told Monday. Service has gone down at the dealership.

The service was good but I was quoted 179 for fuel filters and then it was 225 out the door. That’s a huge difference, even with the coupon I had it still came out to $190.

It took about an hour and a half for a tire rotation and oil change. I waited in the lobby for the services to be completed. It took a little longer than I expected.

I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to repair our car, almost three weeks I was told that the part needed was not available and it would take awhile before it was in stock. Time went on, and after calling was told that the part wld not be available till the 26th of February and did they want us to use an after market part, to which we agreed. Then we were told the car had a different problem, a leak in the evaporation system. We said fix it and when would it be ready. This was a Thursday morning and the car would be ready the next day. I was told probably after 2pm . This was on Thursday 12. Well no one called on Friday 13, or Saturday 14. I called on the following Monday. Was told the part had just arrived and it wld be ready Tuesday. That might be the first time that I was told the truth. When we picked the car up I asked if they used after market parts for the fuel pump, that was the original problem. They said no and told us about the warranty The length of time was disappointing but more than that was their lack of telling us the truth. The one person who was helpful in the service department was a young lady named Amber. She did shat she said she would do. I know we have an older car and should expect some wait time that for us was not the problem. Just be honest.

He was running around nonstop to make sure we got what we wanted and stayed within our budget. He is amazing!! Chance is also great to work with! He explains everything so it's easy to understand and is a blast to conversate with.

The salesman - Kevin was excellent. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me when I asked to run different numbers for pricing. However, once we completed the deal and I signed all of the paperwork I was told that the next day they would be going to pick up the car and I would be able to come get it. I never heard from them and when I called to inquire if it was at the dealership, I was told they didn’t go get it like they said they were going to. That was extremely frustrating. If I decide to purchase something as expensive as a Tahoe, I think that holding up their end of the deal only makes sense. It’s a matter of principle. If you say you’re going to do something, do it.

I waited from 10:30 to 1 had a dr appointment, at 11, my car was parked outside till I left for my appointment when I made appointment I was told I my car would be ready, went to my dr appointment , back by 2:30, did nit finish till 5, all they did was was an oil change and an update for my screen in all that time, I was in for my 30,000 maintenance and was not told anything about it , I have paperwork where it shows nothing about it !! Very unhappy!

The interaction through email and messages that tells you what exactly is going on step by step was real slow. I left there with it saying they were still inspecting my vehicle, when infact I already was through and had left. They did not put my glove box back and I had to return to get it put back(which they did right away). That is why I gave 3 stars instead of 4. I will still continue to take my vehicles there for maintenance and repairs.

They had a trax in midland and said it would cost them more money to go get the trax the sales manager said , instead they pushed to get me into trailblazer. Overall experience was okay, but $1,600 for a new battery, brake pads, tire rotation, and oil change is absolutely criminal. Then I was quoted another $1,500 to replace a DPF sensor, which is a $200-$300 part. Good service, but I feel like I am being price-gouged.

It was O.K. this time. This was the 2nd trip to get everything done. When the oil was changed--no one came to the waiting area to let me know some other repairs needed to be done-hence another trip to get everything done that should have been completed in one trip.

I paid cash for my vehicle. I was shown a set of running boards . I was sent to a non Chevy company to get them. They boards were the least expensive available. The set I was shown at the dealership were much wider . I was told at the end of the sale they were not exactly the same as the ones I saw. I had no idea that I would be getting the cheapest - most narrow set available. I hope they will be ok and I will not slip off of them. I am disappointed . I was told by them salesman ( who spoke with his manager) if I wanted better ones that I could pay the difference - the sale had already funded.

Friendly customer service, but that was the only perk.Actual workmanship severely lacking. Perhaps retraining is in order. Employees failed to complete work. Cabin filter and engine filter were removed and not reinstalled. Same for the glove box that they dismantled to reach said filter. After having to travel back to the dealership to have their mistakes fixed, they still didn't reinstall correctly. I had to do it myself. Very disappointing overall visit.
