Truck went in for a few repairs. 1. Key would not come out of ignition. This did get fixed. 2. Clunking noise from underneath driver side cab area. Attempted to fix but did not get fixed. While in for repair, my truck got damaged at the driver side door. Actually bent the body and edge of the driver side door at the edge. Had to get body and paint work performed. Even then, when I went to pick it up there was scratch damage on interior of door on the paint area. This had to get fixed as well.

We worked with Riley Williams for the second time. He is a perfect example of professionalism and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Everyone at the dealership was also very nice and made us feel welcome.

Riley is the MAN! I cannot stress that enough! It took us a good month almost to get into a vehicle. With my not so good credit and lack of a cosigner, I ran into some hurdles. I text Riley and said this is what I can do as far as down payment, and they next morning, he got me approved on my beautiful 2025 Chevy Trailblazer! Picked up my car that evening. I had been without a vehicle for a couple months so you could probably understand my excitement. I cannot thank everyone at the Chevy House in San Angelo enough! But Riley! I am SO grateful to Riley!

his dealership is one of a kind. I had called several dealerships trying to buy a car over the phone. Nobody wanted to deal with me. Everybody wanted me to come in for a test drive and told me to tell them a date and time. I was unable to do this due to the fact that I am working in California. Donny the great salesman stepped up to the plate, was able to answer all my questions, and found a vehicle really quick, the exact one that I was looking for. He even made arrangements to meet with the transport company to ship me the vehicle here in California. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. They were excellent! Juan and Caleb did a great job of taking care of me and my truck. Caleb is a super nice young man who knows his stuff. Entire service team is fantastic. Would not take my truck anywhere else.

In the past my visits have been great but my last visit was a little lack luster. When i picked my truck up and got in to leave I noticed my glove box had opened to check the cabin filter, and it had been left opened after checking filter. I later noticed that the windshield where the oil change sticker had been placed was covered with greasy finger prints with the sticker barely staying on window because of the greasy prints there. Lastly when I got home and walked around the front my truck I notice the hood had large greasy hand print left on it, along with grease spots and greasy hand prints along the top bar of my grill guard. I know the technicians get dirty doing these jobs, but when you are expecting your customers to give you the best rating for your service experience some pride in your work and how you return a vehicle needs to be looked at also.

Took vehicle in, service stated part had arrived. Vehicle was at shop for a couple of days. Called for a follow up. Service stated the part had not arrived. Called day later. Vehicle was still not ready. Called next day, said it was fixing to be available. Stated I would pick it up next day after arrangements had been made. Called to make sure it was ready before heading to pick it up and service stated they did not have documentation stating it was ready. Asked service to call manager and find out why they said it was ready. After get it situated finally got vehicle back.

Called Juan Gonzalez to tell him I was bringing in my 2000 Silverado I had a misfire in the engine Juan greeted me and told me not to worry they would find the problem after a few days Juan texted me and told me they found the problem and then texted me an estimate of what it was going to cost to fix I had them fix it and it was a great experience with the Chevy house Juan is an excellent service advisor and I thank the mechanics my truck is running great now and I will do business with Chevrolet again thank you

The guys at All American made us feel like they wanted to sell us a truck unlike other Chevy dealers. If not for these guys we would have went to another brand.

Quick friendly service. Appointment was 9:15 for oil change and it was an exceptional morning weather wise so I expected it would be later which was not a problem. I was not expecting it to be finished before 10am.

Took suburban for 15k check up and oil change and tire rotation. All checked out ok. Next day the car rode very rough especially on left front area. Kept driving and got worse. Took it back and lug nuts were loose on left front and right rear. Not good.

I was overcharged for services. I then had to wait for a check to be cut for my overcharged amount. I was told a different price before agreeing to the service. I have never dealt with this out of y'all. I have dealt with staying a long time for an oil change. But never being overcharged. I believe the man who did the charging and paperwork needs to be re-trained for that position. There is usually a woman that does the paperwork and then another who does the calculations and take my money. This time the same man was doing both and he acted like he had no clue as to what to do. There were plenty of people there that could have stepped up and helped. No one helped him until he had to step over to a woman's desk. That is shameful leaving one person to do it all. He was the one that came out to my car to get information also. Y'all need to do better.

Went in to get a simple oil change and tire rotation and once they were finished I drove off and didn’t make it out the parking lot and all kinds of check engines lights came on

Taking my car car home. I could tell the car was not running right i had to return to dealership to recheck work thatbwas done to spark plugs. The door lock was also something that was worked on it has not been fixed.

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 2 hours to do an oil change and a recall. They did the oil change which took an hour. Then had to take it back in for the the recall which took another hour. And that's because I was in the waiting room waiting for it.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Truck was taking very good care of and returned me the exact way I dropped it off. Customer service people explained everything that was done and what they recommend would help with my truck’s performance. Only problem I had was it took over two and half hours to get done and I had to call to see if my truck was ready. Plus they missed placed my paperwork and had trouble pulling up my account. Otherwise, good experience.

Both Juan and Emilio were very helpful. It took longer than expected, but Juan arranged for a rental, as I had Dr. appointments the next day and no way to get there.

Wasn't greeted upon arrival. Dropped off car at 8am. Was called ar 5 pm. As I started the truck to drive away, I noticed the oil reminder had not been reset. Turned around and had them reset. They noticed the didn't put the oil change reminder on windshield too. I then used the dash to check that the TPMS was now working. The front right was at 42 psi, the other 3 were at 32. (Overfilled). I was also charged for the "free oil change" but that was caught and corrected. Not even close to the service I have received in the past.

Absolutely awful. They claimed I needed an oil change when I had one done 3 weeks ago. They were there to replace an exhaust issue and I got my car back sounding worse than ever, having a hard time accelerating, and I had to turn my car off because it smelled like it was burning! I am taking it to a different dealership tomorrow to get it ACTUALLY fixed and to get proof of what they did/didn’t do. Also, I received my car back at nearly empty and I always keep plenty of gas in my car because we live far away from my work. I called the service agent when I was experiencing problems (before the burning smell) and I never heard back.

Your courtsy shuttle drivers could be more friendly. I was pickup yesterday, and not one greeted me or asked how I was doing . Both sat up front and just discussed their weekend plans. When they dropped me off , not a good bye or have a nice day , nothing. I thought that was rude , but over all Tony Gonzalez is professional.

I like the fact that I'm take care off in a timely manner. My only concern is that there are no leaders when a service has to take a long time or a couple of days. for the vehicle to be fixed Besides that Chevrolet has the best of service.

It was good, they were able to get into a car. I was really hoping for a Chevy trax and they did not have one on the lot but they had a trailblazer and were able to get me into the trailblazer it is really nice I can’t complain but not the one I wanted but. They had a trax in midland and said it would cost them more money to go get the trax the sales manager said , instead they pushed to get me into trailblazer. My car salesman was very kind and professional. The finance guy was cool

The employees are always nice. There is a lack of communication between the service staff. My car was kept for a day and a half and left me on foot. I showed up the second day and they said they had to order new camera for the rearview. Why was I not told about this the day before.? The technicians need to communicate better with the office personnel. The office personnel need to communicate with the vehicle owner better.

Rotate tires and diagnostic check. On time and thorough.
