Confirmed Service Customer
I specifically informed the service advisor where the tire lock nut could be found. On the console in a zippered pouch labeled lock nut . Both consoles and rear storage all looked thru and my paperwork out of center console. My appointment time was at 2:30 and I did not leave the dealership until 4:45. I don’t mind the wait but my paperwork everywhere really made a bad impression. My oil life was not reset and nor the tire pressure on the tires. I don’t know if I’ll continue to service my vehicle with All American.

Got an appointment quickly to repair oil leak and get inspection sticker. Emidio and Rudy were very helpful. Rudy kept me updated as to the problem and the repair needed. Was completed in a timely manner.

We were visiting out of town when I noticed a puddle of oil under my truck. I called All American Chevrolet, connected to Rudy who asked me to bring it in immediately. He kept me informed of the repair progress and parts arrival. The repair was done on a Saturday, so lots of extra credit for that.
