I specifically informed the service advisor where the tire lock nut could be found. On the console in a zippered pouch labeled lock nut . Both consoles and rear storage all looked thru and my paperwork out of center console. My appointment time was at 2:30 and I did not leave the dealership until 4:45. I don’t mind the wait but my paperwork everywhere really made a bad impression. My oil life was not reset and nor the tire pressure on the tires. I don’t know if I’ll continue to service my vehicle with All American.
