I worked with Riley Williams to purchase a 2024 Chevrolet Colorado. I did wait a while to receive the vehicle due to the fact that is was an "In Transit" truck on its way here from the manufacturer. I was up front with Riley about the fact that I wasn't in a huge hurry and would be patient until it arrived. Riley kept me updated weekly about the status or the vehicle. When it arrived, I was notified and went to pick it up. The whole process was very smooth and I have no complaints. I am very pleased with the whole transaction. Great truck so far! I would not hesitate to deal with your dealership and Riley Williams. Great experience.

From the first time I was in contact with my car dealer David Castro he was very professional. He was patient with me and dedicated to finding me exactly the truck I was wanting from the make model and color he was willing and did what it took to get me into the truck I really wanted . Had an appointment at 9am. Walked in several representatives were busy 2 were just talking. I was standing there waiting over 45 minutes. Someone who just pulled up got taken care of before me. Why when you have an appointment you are the at least 2 hrs or more. Unacceptable. I got a text about my car needing service. I. Selected optionto get a call never got one. Terrible customer service.
