My experience with the dealership was wonderful I was able to do everything over the telephone with the salesman and I really appreciate that they were able to put me in a new vehicle so I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come here and purchase a vehicle from this dealership thank you all very much for your help and God bless you all

Called the Service Department 3 times to set up an appointment for a oil change, no answer had to leave a voicemail and no one ever returned my phone call. Had to go to the Sales Manager to get one set up.

Well it took over a month to get the parts needed after it was checked, and it wasn't more than normal time getting it installed

Tried calling the service department for 3 days and no one would answer the phone. Left messages for someone to call me back. No return calls. Finally, booked an appointment on line. Someone still needs to answer the phone because sometimes you need to just talk to a person.
