My truck has been in the shop since June 23rd for a glow plug to be changed. It is now August 4th! I was told it would be a 2 day job. I would love to know what happened to my truck and what guarantee I'll have that it will run the same as it did prior to turning it in. I understand there are supply chain issues but this is not a supply chain issue. I want an explanation before I take it back. Please contact me to let me know. 210-275-9247.

The waiting room was rather warm for a hot Summer day. Also it’s a little hard to get out of the parking lot with the way they out the cars. My poor change was done quickly. I was notified quickly and twice.
