I brought my 2019 Corvette in to replace tires. During the replacement my wheels/rims were damaged on both of the back wheels. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. I was too late noticing the damage on the front wheel to pursue it when it happened the first time. It is worrying when your property is not treated with the same care you try to treat it with. Fortunately the manager was quick to review the damages and order replacements. I can't call this excellent service as I feel the workers should be trained well enough to not cause any damage to the vehicles they are working on. I am still willing to call the service 'good' for this reason: I am able to maintain trust with the dealership for replacing the parts without any difficulties.

Took truck in because having trouble with transmission and other items. Quote (This condition is due to the initial clutch fill time of the 2-3-4-6-8 (C4) clutch. This is normal condition and no repair will change this condition). This means I have a defective transmission. Chevrolet has no idea how to repair these transmissions. I think this is all BS.

I had an excellent experience at All American Chevrolet of San Angelo! Robert Lopez was the salesman that I was privileged to work with in looking for a new SUV. Robert was a very knowledgeable, considerate, patient employee. I looked at used SUVs and new SUVs while there. I ended up test driving a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer and fell in love with it! I purchased it, and it came home with me the next day. I would recommend All American Chevrolet of San Angelo to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I especially would recommend Robert Lopez as the salesman that you would need to work with to find your next vehicle because he was a pleasure to work with.
