Confirmed Service Customer
Had an appointment at 9am. Walked in several representatives were busy 2 were just talking. I was standing there waiting over 45 minutes. Someone who just pulled up got taken care of before me. Why when you have an appointment you are the at least 2 hrs or more. Unacceptable. I got a text about my car needing service. I. Selected optionto get a call never got one. Terrible customer service.
