I don’t really need a diagnostic report of all the things that my vehicle needs for repairs when I come in for an oil change and tire rotation only. Your dealership is missing the personal touch it used to have with your new automated system like this.

I took my car in for a scheduled oil change, which was done quickly. During the mechanics checks, they noticed that it was time for 3 of my fluids to be changed out. The lady in the service department came to the waiting room to let me know about them. The 3 fluids were transmission, brake and radiator) I let them change the transmission and brake fluid that day, and plan to have the radiator fluid changed before I go on an out-of-state trip. I thank them for bringing this to my attention.
