They called me and said that I need to get down today to sign the loan papers at the loan company that they are ready. I went to the loan company not very happy and come to find out the loan company has not received a purchase order from the dealer ship so the loan papers are not ready to be signed. This is because of the dealership, they were trying to blame me. Came very close to walking out and not signing papers today. I signed 1 1/2 hrs later.

I made an oil change appt. Even got there early. 2 hours later I was done. Then they wanted to charge me for a tire rotation that I didn't ask for.. people came and left after I got there

The only thing that the mechanics care about is getting the vehicle out as fast as possible. When this happens quality work is gone. There's nothing wrong with fast service, but it also has to be done right. All American of San Angelo doesn't get that.
