My Tahoe was having trouble with the computer module. Not knowing this at the time I took it in without an appointment. I was told then it might be 2-3 days to fix. I was called at5:30 that night that my car was fixed. Just want to say this is the first time I’ve had dealings with the service department and been completely satisfied.

The waiting area was perfect, the oil change took 2.5 hours which is a bit ridiculous but I’m still satisfied

The service to my truck was great. The only reason I am giving it a 1 star is the wait was horrible. I had an 11:30 am appointment and got there at 11:00 am only to have my truck not taken back for service until 1:00 pm. This is not a way to do good business. Should not be overbooking oil changes just to make a buck.

Normally, walking into dealerships feels sorta like going to the dentist but after meeting Carrie she quickly changed that mindset for us. Carrie was super friendly, she asked about our lives not just to make sure we had options of vehicles that would benefit our family but she was genuinely interested about our family and we quickly realized we all had many things in common. It no longer felt like a salesperson and client relationship, it felt a like good friend helping out their friends. Once we found the vehicle we loved, she worked so hard to make sure we had the best deals, she explained everything in a way we could easily understand and you could just tell she was trying hard to make sure we had a reliable vehicle that we wouldn’t struggle to pay and that we also loved. We’ve never laughed and talked with a sales person so much before Carrie. Personal opinion, we were VERY impressed of Carrie confidently dominating in a career field that is predominantly males. We felt even more comfortable w Carrie since we are women and she was very knowledgeable about her work. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will ONLY see Carrie as anybody should.
