They were able to change my oil and filters while i was on my lunch hour. It only took 40 minutes! I appreciate them getting it done so quickly! They showed me how dirty my filters were also - that is when i decided they needed to be replaced.

This visit was horrible and still dealing with the issues. First off I came in for an oil change and told the lady in the lobby. It took almost 2 hours to get my car back. If there is that big of a wait, guests should be told! I had left my kid at home and had to call my mother to go check on him. Second, I have had my car almost 10 years and NEVER had a single drop of oil leak from anywhere. Now there is a large oil stain in my driveway and a second at my office. I can physically see the oil dripping from below the car. Called, took car back today, only to be told they don't see a leak. Seriously! If my car engine burns out I will hold y'all responsible. I have photographs of the oil stains, and the oil dripping from the car. I have multiple people who can verify my car has NEVER had a leak EVER. This is not the first time the service department has messed up my car, and my brother is having issues with his car he bought there as well and it has yet to be fixed. I literally laughed at this poor kid who came to ask if I wanted to look at a new car. Yeah it is time for a new one soon, but highly doubtful will be from your dealership unless this nonsense is fixed and the problems cease.
I had an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated @ 12:30pm. My sister picked me up and we went and had lunch. I got back around 1:30pm and it was still sitting there. I did not leave until around 2:00pm. I was disappointed in the time it took. I usually do not have this problem. This is the 1st time I have had a problem with the service, so hopefully it was just an unusual day. I would still recommend this dealership.
