THE SERVICE TO MY VEHICLE WAS GOOD. HOWEVER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. WHEN PICKING UP MY VEHICLE, NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME, AS FAR AS WHAT WAS DONE, WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, IF PARTS HAD BEEN ORDERED??? NOTHING! SO I WILL BE CALLING BACK TO FIND OUT IF & WHEN THE PARTS WILL ARRIVE

It went good and smooth, mainly I believe things work that way when your credit is good and the dealership doesn’t have to be shopping around. I personally chose my bank which is a great bank. Thank you!!
Donny or sales person took care of really excellently. He must have esp because the truck I looked at a month before while having service done on our Trax is the one he brought around for me to look at. The color I wanted. Not only did he take care of us he showed great interest in our granddaughters making sure they were okay and if they needed anything. He also remembered from the year prior I had medical issues and sped the process up as fast as he could. This will be our salesperson in the future for our next purchase.

As always I have come to expect superb service, and I was not disappointed. I also witnessed your care team take care of an elderly woman that was not scheduled but had an urgent need with her truck. They treated her with such kindness that it only confirmed that the service department remembers what true customer service means.
It took an hour and half to get just the oil changed and tires rotated. I saw when they took my car in the start the process and it only took 30 minutes. I call and made an appt. so I don’t understand why call ahead if I still have to wait so long.
