Went to get my oil change, the man who took my order was on the phone for 10 to 13 min. and I had to wait, there were other individuals that could have helped me. Then I waited aprox. 45 to 1 hr and went to check my truck. He was still on a phone. Then he went to check on my truck and stated that it would take more time because they were checking my tires. I had Discount tire, rotate my tires, there was nothing wrong with them. I had to wait another couple of minuets. Then their was the problem with the invoice. took several more minuets. ??? do you have any managers ???

I bought a brand new 2021 Chevy Traverse only to find out 3 days later that there is a known issue with the brakes on these vehicles and currently no fix for the situation. This information should have been disclosed, as it would have changed my decision.

I had to call and keep checking up on my vehicle, and when I expressed my frustration I still didn't get a call the next day to tell me what's going on with my vehicle. I was told the warranty people take 24-48hrs to get back to ya'll to let me know if my part was under warranty. It took over 48hrs to let me know. I had to borrow a vehicle for three days for the warranty people to say my part is covered.
