I brought my 2019 Corvette in to replace tires. During the replacement my wheels/rims were damaged on both of the back wheels. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. I was too late noticing the damage on the front wheel to pursue it when it happened the first time. It is worrying when your property is not treated with the same care you try to treat it with. Fortunately the manager was quick to review the damages and order replacements. I can't call this excellent service as I feel the workers should be trained well enough to not cause any damage to the vehicles they are working on. I am still willing to call the service 'good' for this reason: I am able to maintain trust with the dealership for replacing the parts without any difficulties.
