Everything with well at he dealership everything was fast and was a visit with the exception of calling and trying to get a appointment. Rachel advise I was not able to use my oil change coupon until the dealership was slow. Unless I paid with cash, She was able to squeeze me in. What a joke... I agreed to pay with cash but still used my coupons because I felt it wasn’t right. Customer service over the phone should be the best experience!
