I dropped off my truck for service with an appointment for 12:00 pm on Monday, May 15th. My assigned service rep was at lunch (tho I had an appt) so another service rep checked in my truck. I had three specific things that needed to be repaired. After a week (Mon 22nd) of not hearing anything, I called the service department to speak with my originally assigned rep, was told she would call me back that day. The next day I called again, and was again told I would be called back once they knew the status on my vehicle. On Thurs 25th I called again and was told they didn't even know which vehicle was mine and didn't know where it was. On Friday 26th I finally received a call from my newly assigned service rep and he said they would have a service tech look at my truck as soon as available. The next week (two weeks after truck was dropped off), I received an email from Auto.live with a long list of suggested repairs I didn't ask for, but luckily including the specific repairs requested, which I approved. On June 9th, the needed part was finally received and repairs were finally made. My truck was finally ready on June 10th, almost a month after it was dropped off. Not a good experience.
